Management for Owners
We Will:
1. We will use our best skills & efforts to serve present tenants and to obtain suitable new tenants for vacancies.
2. We will supervise all labor required for the operation and maintenance for your property.
3. We will report to the owner promptly any condition which we fell requires the attention of the owner.
4. We will keep detailed records of all income and expense items for each property on our computerized property management system.
5. We will mail or email on the 25th day of each month a detailed statement showing all income, expenses and disbursements from the last mailing date.
6. All expenses are charged at actual invoice cost with no company markup.
Management Fees:
1. Our management fee is only 9 percent of the actual rent collected.
2. We will supervise minor and major repairs to your property with no additional management fee.
3. No hidden fees.
